கண்தானம்: ஏன்? எப்படி? முழு விளக்கம்

இந்தியாவில் கண் பார்வையற்றவர்கள் எவ்வளவு பேர் இருக்கிறார்கள்? கண் பார்வையற்றவர்களில் அதிகமானவர்கள் ஆண்களா? பெண்களா?
இந்தியாவில் 1 கோடியே 50 லட்சம் பேர் பார்வைக் குறைபாட்டால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர். அதில் 60-70 சதவீத பார்வைக்குறைபாடு தவிர்க்க அல்லது குணப்படுத்தக் கூடியது. அதில் ஆண்,பெண் மற்றும் குழந்தைகள் அனைவரும் அடங்குவர். உலகஅளவில் ஏறக்குறைய 3 கோடியே 70 லட்சம் மக்கள் பார்வையற்றவர்களாக இருக்கிறார்கள்.
தாய் வயிற்றில் சிசு உருவாகும் போது கண் எத்தனை வாரத்தில் அல்லது மாதத்தில் உருவாகும்? கண்கள் எப்படி உருவாகின்றன?
கண்களின் வளர்ச்சி கரு உருவான 22-ம் நாளிலிருந்தே தொடங்கிவிடுகிறது. கண்ணின் வெவ்வேறு பகுதிகள் கரு உருவானவுடன் ஆரம்பித்து குழந்தை பிறக்கும் வரைநீடிக் கின்றது. கண்ணில் உள்ளலென்ஸ் என்ற கண்ணாடி போன்ற உறுப்பு 27-ம் நாளி லிருந்தும், கருவிழி 40-ம் நாளிலிருந்தும் உருவாக தொடங்குகிறது. கண் தசைகள் 5-வது வாரத்திலிருந்தும், கண் நரம்பு 6-வது வாரத்திலிருந்தும், கண்ணின் இமை 2-வது வாரத்திலிருந்தும் உருவாகிறது. கண்ணின் விழித்திரை 3-வது வாரம் முதல் தொடங்கி, அதன் முக்கியமான பகுதியான மேக்குலா மற்றும் ரத்தக்குழாய்கள் குழந்தை பிறந்து 4 வாரம் வரை வளர்கின்றது. கண்ணில் இருந்து மூளைக்கு செல்லும் நரம்புமண்டலம் குழந்தை பிறக்கும் முன்னே உருவானாலும் அதன் வளர்ச்சி குழந்தை பிறந்த 4 வாரத்தில் தான் முழுமையடைகிறது. எனவேதான் பிறந்தவுடனே குழந்தைகளுக்கு பார்வை இருந் தாலும், ஒரு பொருளை சீராகவும், கூர்மையாகவும் நோக்கும் திறன் குழந்தை பிறந்த 6 முதல் 8 வாரங்களில்தான் கிடைக்கின்றது.
முதலில் பார்வையுடன் பிறந்து, பின்பு கருவிழி பாதிப்பினால் பார்வையிழப்பு ஏற்பட என்ன காரணங்கள்?
கண்களில் அடிபடுதல், கண்களில் புண் ஏற்படுதல், கண்களில் வேதிப்பொருள்கள் படுதல் போன்றவைகளால் கருவிழி பாதிப்பு ஏற்படும்.

பார்வையிழப்பு ஏற்பட்டவர்கள் தங்களுக்கு தேவைப்படும் கண்களுக்கு எங்கே, எப்படி பதிவு செய்ய வேண்டும்?
முதலில் கண் மருத்துவரைஅணுகி கண் பரிசோதனை செய்ய வேண்டும். பின்பு அவர்களின் ஆலோசனைக்கு ஏற்ப பதிவு செய்து கொள்ளலாம். கண் வங்கியுள்ள
மருத்துவமனைகளில் மட்டுமே பதிவு செய்ய முடியும்.

இந்தியாவில் ஆண்டுக்கு எவ்வளவு கருவிழிகள் தேவைப்படுகின்றன? எவ்வளவு கிடைக்கிறது?
ஒரு ஆண்டிற்கு தேவையான கருவிழிகளின் எண்ணிக்கை சுமார் 75000 முதல் 1,00,000 வரை. ஆனால் தற்பொழுது கிடைக்கும் கருவிழிகளின் எண்ணிக்கை 13000 முதல் 14000 வரை மட்டுமே!
கண்தானம் செய்ய விரும்புகிறவர்கள் அனைவரின் ஆசையும் நிறைவேறி விடுகிறதா? அல்லது அவர்களது மரண சூழலில் அது நிறைவேறாமலே போய் விடுகிறதா?
ஒருவர் கண்தானம் செய்யவிருப்பப்பட்டால் கண் வங்கியை அணுகி முதலிலேயே பதிவு செய்து கொள்ளலாம். எதிர்பாராத விதமாகஅவர்கள் இறக்க நேரிடும்போது, சிலசமயம் அந்த மரணச் சூழலில் அவர்களது உறவினர்கள் கண் வங்கியை தொடர்பு கொண்டு தெரிவிக்காவிட்டால் அவர்களின் ஆசை நிறைவேறாமல் போய்விடுகின்றது. எனவே கண்தானம் செய்ய விரும்புவோர், பதிவு செய்வது மட்டுமல்லாமல் அவர்களுடைய பெற் றோர் மற்றும் உறவினரிடமும் அதை தெரிவிக்கவும் வேண்டும். ஒருவர் குடும்பத்தில் இறப்பு என்பது அனைவருக்கும் வருத்தம் தருவதாகத்தான் இருக்கும். அந்தச் சூழ்நிலை யிலும் இறந்த உடனே விரைவாகச் செயல்படுவதன் மூலம் இறந்தவர்களுடைய கண்தான ஆசையை நிறைவேற்ற முடியும்.
ஒருவர் இறந்து எத்தனை மணி நேரத்திற்குள் கண்கள் எடுக்கப்பட வேண்டும்? கண்களில் இருந்து எந்த பகுதி எடுக்கப்படுகிறது? எடுப்பதற்கு எவ்வளவு நேரம் ஆகும்? எத்தனை டாக்டர்கள் அதற்கான பணியினை மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டியிருக்கும்? கண் எடுக்கப்பட்ட பகுதியில் ஏதேனும் அடையாளம் தெரியுமா?
ஒருவர் இறந்த 4 முதல் 6 மணி நேரத்திற்குள் அவரது கண்கள் எடுக்கப்பட வேண்டும். முழுக்கண்களுமே எடுக்கப்படுகிறது. 20 முதல் 30 நிமிடங்களில் கண்தானம் முடிந்து விடும். கண்வங்கி குழுவில் ஒரு மருத்துவர், மற்றும் இரண்டு செவிலியர்கள் இருப்பர். இறந்தபின் கண்களை எடுப்பதினால் முகம் விகாரமாகவோ, முகத்தோற்றத்தில் மாறுதலோ ஏற்படாது.
எடுக்கப்படும் கண்களை அடுத்து என்ன செய்வீர்கள்? எப்படி பாதுகாக்கப்படுகிறது? எப்படி இன்னொருவருக்கு பொருத்தப்படுகிறது? அது எத்தனை மணிநேர ஆபரேஷன்?
எடுக்கப்படும் கண்கள் ஐஸ்பெட்டியில் வைக்கப்பட்டு கண்வங்கிக்கு எடுத்துசெல்லப் படுகிறது. கண்வங்கியில் ரசாயன திரவங்கள் மூலம் பாதுகாக்கப்படுகிறது. அங்கு கண் நிபுணர்களால் முழுமையாக பரிசோதிக்கப்பட்டு தரமான கருவிழிகள் அறுவை சிகிச்சைக் காக எடுத்து வைக்கப்படுகிறது. நோய்வாய்ப்பட்ட கருவிழிகள் ஆராய்ச்சிக்காக பயன் படுத்தப்படுகிறது. கண் மருத்து வர்களால் பரிசோதிக்கப்பட்டு கண்வங்கியில் பதிவு செய்யப்பட்ட நோயாளிகளின் பெயர்ப் பட்டியல் எடுக்கப்பட்டு தகுந்த நோயாளிகள் தொலை பேசியின் மூலமாக அழைக்கப்படுவர். பின்னர் அறுவை சிகிச்சை மேற்கொள்ளப்படும். அந்த அறுவைசிகிச்சை 1 மணி நேரத்திலிருந்து 2 மணிநேரம் வரைநீடிக்கும்.
பொருத்தப்படும் 100 சதவீத கண்களும் முழு சக்தியுடன் பார்வை தருமா? சிலருக்கு கண் பொருத்தினாலும் பார்வை கிடைக்காது என்கிறார்களே ஏன்?
கண்தானம் பெறப்படும் கண்கள் தரம் வாரியாக பிரிக்கப்பட்ட பின்னரே நோயாளிகளுக்கு பொருத்தப்படும். தரமான கண்கள் பார்வைக்காக செய்யப்படும் அறுவை சிகிச்சைக்காக பயன் படுத்தப்படும். சற்று தரம் குறைந்த கண்கள் கண்புண் ஏற்பட்ட நோயாளிகளுக்காக பயன்படுத்தப்படுகிறது. இந்த அறுவை சிகிச்சையின் மூலம் எவ்வளவு பார்வை கிடைக்கும் என்பதை கூற முடியாது. (சில சமயங்களில் பார்வைகிடைக்க வாய்ப்பு இல்லாமலும் போகலாம்)
கண் வங்கிகளின் செயல்பாடுகள் என்ன?
பயிற்சி பெற்ற மருத்துவர்கள் அடங்கிய குழு 24 மணி நேரமும் கண்களை தானமாக பெறுவதற்காக தயார் நிலையில் கண் வங்கிகளில் இருப்பார்கள். கண்தான அழைப்பு வந்தவுடன் கண் குழுவினர்களை ஒருங்கிணைத்து சரியான நேரத்திற்கு அனுப்புதல், பெறப்பட்ட கண்களை பதப்படுத்தி பரிசோதனைக்கு உட்படுத்துதல், பரிசோதனை செய்யப் பட்ட நல்லநிலையில் உள்ள கருவிழிகள் மட்டும் மருத்துவருக்கு அனுப்புதல், மாற்று அறுவைசிகிச்சைக்குப் பயன்படுத்த இயலாத கண்களை பல்வேறு புதிய ஆராய்ச்சி களுக்கும், கண்கள் பதப்படுத்துதல் குறித்த ஆராய்ச்சிக்கும் மற்றும் பயிற்சி கருவிழி மாற்று அறுவைசிகிச்சைக்கும் அனுப்பி வைத்தல், கண் நிபுணர் அல்லாத பொதுமருத்துவர் களுக்கு சரியானமுறையில் கண்களை எடுப்பது குறித்து பயிற்சி அளித்தல், இவை அனைத்தும் கண் வங்கியின் செயல்பாடுகள்.
யார் யார், எந்த வயது முதல் – எந்த வயது வரை கண்தானம் செய்யலாம்?
ஆண், பெண் இருபாலரும் எந்த வயதிலும் கண்தானம் செய்யலாம். கண் கண்ணாடி அணிந்திருப்பவர்களும் கண் தானம் செய்யலாம். ரத்த அழுத்த நோயாளிகள், நீரிழிவு நோயாளிகள், கண்புரை அறுவை சிகிச்சை செய்து கொண்டவர்கள், ஆஸ்துமா போன்ற நோயினால் தாக்கப்பட்டவர்களும் கண்தானம் செய்யலாம்.
ஒரே குடும்பத்தில் ஒன்றுக்கு மேற்பட்டவர்கள் கண் பார்வை யற்றவர்களாக இருக்க என்ன காரணம்?
பரம்பரையாக வரும் கண் நோய்களால் ஒரு குடும்பத்தில் ஒன்றுக்கு மேற்பட்டவர்கள் கண் பார்வையற்றவர்களாக இருக்க லாம். சில கண் நோய்கள் பரம்பரை ரீதியாக வரக் கூடியது.
உங்கள் கண் மருத்துவமனையில் கருவிழி மாற்று அறுவை சிகிச்சை எப்போது தொடங்கப்பட்டது. முதல் வருடத்தில் எத்தனை கருவிழிகள் கிடைத்தன? கடந்த ஆண்டில் (2010) எவ்வளவு கருவிழிகள் கிடைத்தன?

கரிசலாங்கண்ணி:
கரிசாலை எனற பெயர் கொண்ட இது ஒரு தெய்வீக மூலிகை என்று வள்ளல் பெருமான் கூறுகிறார்.ஏனெனில் இதை தினந்தோறும்பயன்டுத்துவதால் பித்தம் மற்றும் கபத்தை வெளியேற்றி உடம்பை நீடிக்க செய்யும். உள்ளொளியை பெருக்கும் வல்லமை பெற்றது.தினந்தோறும் பச்சையாகவோ அல்லது பொடியினை சூடான நீரில் கலந்து அருந்துவது நல்ல பலனை தரும்.

வல்லாரை:
வள்ளலார் கூறிய ஞான மூலிகையில் அடுத்தது வல்லாரை . இதற்கு சரஸ்வதி என்ற பெயரும் உண்டு. இது இரத்தத்தை தூய்மைபடுத்தி அறிவை பெருக்கும் வல்லமை வல்லாரைக்கு உண்டு. இதனை காயவைத்து பொடியாகவோ அல்லது மத்திரையாகவோ செய்து சாப்பிடலாம்.

தூதுவளை :
இது அறிவை பெருக்கி , கவன சக்தியை அதிகரிக்கும் வல்லமை பெற்றது. உடலிலுள்ள அசுத்தங்களை நீக்கி உடலை நெடுநாளைக்கு நீடிக்க செய்யும். மேலும் பல நோய்களை நீக்கும் வல்லமை பெற்றது.

Shanmuga Kavasam is a powerful hymn of 30 verses composed by Paamban Swami in 1891 for the benefit of Lord Murugan's devotees to protect them from illness of body and mind as well as from foes, wild beasts, poisonous creatures, demons, devils and biting insects. Several instances prove that this Shanmuga Kavacam verses effective in this respect. If you recite it with heart and soul to Lord Murugan, the results will be swift and miraculous.

If people who are jealous, flesh eaters, fools, devils, asuras, mean people,
And evil spirits whoever they may be, come with fixed idea of wrestling with me,
And come pouncing upon me, may the Vel which protects all the worlds,
