Curry Leaf benefits


Curry Leaf prominently used in South Indian cooking has the following benefits.

1. Chewing curry leaf in cooked food strengthens the function of stomach

... 2. For the Hair : Heat oil and add curry leaf. When the leaf turns black, remove oil from the heat and allow to cool. This is a very good stimulant and helps hair growth

3. Rice Recipe: Grind curry leaf, pepper, dried ginger, cumin seeds and add salt. Mix it with hot rice and it tastes Yum !

4. Mix lime juice and honey to curry leaf juice. It prevents nausea and dry vomitting

5. Curry leaf + finely chopped ginger taken early in the morning reduces constipation and stomach disorders.

If you are lazy to try any of the above, just munch on the curry leaves you find in sambar or curry !
